Replacement for the Quantum 3000 Series (3600/3800)?

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has any information about the replacement of the Quantum 3000 series, specifically the 3600 and 3800 models.

With CPX happening right now, have there been any announcements regarding this? If you have any insights, I’d love to hear them!

Here https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/support-life-cycle-policy/ we see:

Maintenance releases are supplied until 3 three years after End of Sale Date

Full TAC support from the Check Point Technical Assistance centers is supplied until 5 five years after End of Sale Date

And there is no End of Sale date yet for 3600/3800 appliances. Pre-decessor 3100/3200 GWs have End of Support only in Dec-2025

Different CPX events potentially have different announcements so if there is relevant news delivered at CPX we may not know until all the events have concluded.

There weren’t any new appliance announcements at CPX in Vienna.

As they are already 5 years old, I would assume, that there will be a successor product this year. Or they will be completly phased out for the bigger Spark Appliances, which are due to the Embedded OS no real replacement IMHO.
