End Of Support around the corner (May 2021)
Hi!
Does anyone know a command to remove all existing snapshots on a gateway with a single command? I have many gateways with 5,6 or more snapshots and it would be helpful not to do a "show snapshots" and "delete snapshot #1; #2; #3; #4; …".
Thx,
Bernhard
No, CLI does not support that - delete snapshot <Name of Snapshot> needs the name, and on Gaia OS, snapshots are not files, but disk volumes that are stored as a disk partition. So the most easy way to delete snapshots is the GAiA WebGUI...
Not easy on about 100 gateways with up to 6 snapshots ☹
If it is necessary you can parse the show snapshots output and generate the names for delete snapshot, but this needs some programming skills... Or use lvm commands.
Unrelated to your query, but when you responded to this post via email, your full signature with your phone number was also posted.
I edited your post to remove this information as I assume that was not intended.

Can't you script it from Management? Can't be too challenging good old bash..
