R81.20 jumbo take 10

Hey guys,

If anyone out there is thinking about installing this hotfix, I would certainly recommend it. Apears once I installed it in my lab on both mgmt and gateway, everything seems to go much more smoothly than before...policy push, smart console more responsive, https inspection, desktop policy.

I know it says there is only single fix available (as per release notes), but from what I saw, it makes R81.20 definitely more stable.

I have seen instances in the past where other, not publicly documented fixes were included in a JHF.
Not sure if that happened in this case.
