Quantum Force 9300 and 9400 series - Clean install

Hello,
I have tried a clean install using Check Point ISOmorphic Tool Build 207 on a both Quantum Force 9300 and 9400 gateways.

I wanted to install Gaia R82, I used image "Check_Point_R82_T777.iso" but without success.

After that I reverted back to Gaia R81.20 using image "Check_Point_R81.20_For_9400_9300_9200_9100_Appliances_T791.iso" and everything works fine.

I am not sure what is the problem, but I think that it's compatibility between this image "Check_Point_R82_T777.iso" and Quantum Force appliances. I used UEFI as installation target.

Also, I attached a TXT file during a USB boot process.

I suggest you opening a TAC ticket for this.

any progress with this? I have similar issue and don't know if it is something simple or should I go with TAC?

Either opt for the blink image / approach with JHF take 43 or contact TAC if you're having issues with the ISO.
