Problems to start Gaia Portal in the management server
When I try to start the Gaia portal (/web/cpshared/web/Apache/2.2.0/bin/httpd2 -k start -f /web/conf/httpd2.conf -D FOREGROUND) the system if saying the library is not present /web/modules/libmod_unixd.so...
httpd2: Syntax error on line 69 of /web/conf/httpd2.conf: Cannot load /web/modules/libmod_unixd.so into server: /web/modules/libmod_unixd.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I started facing this problem this week after reboot the management server which is running Gaia R77.30 with JHF 286
->> show version all output
show version all
Product version Check Point Gaia R77.30
OS build 204
OS kernel version 2.6.18-92cpx86_64
OS edition 64-bit
And, comparing this server with another one, running Gaia but with another OS build, there are more libraries not present. Copying the not present libraries from another management server did not work, I guess due the OS version difference...

This sounds like a corrupted installation of some sort.
You should have the TAC look at it: Contact Support | Check Point Software

Hello,
I got a customer with exactly the same issue.
Could you elaborate the architecture ?
did you upgrade or fresh install this server ?
did you use the ISO R77.30 to install or an VE version ?
regards,
Anthony

Hello Anthony
I'm using here an open server running Gaia R77.30 as the management server.
As I remember, this server was a fresh install (but I'm not sure because the implementation of this one was done by 3rd party).
Another management servers I have here were upgraded by me and I had no issues...
By the way...what did you do in your customer?

Hello,
At first I tried to debug, but I took a backup and did no reproduce the issue on my lab.
Dameon is right, it seems to be a corruption somewhere.
You have two options, rebuild from scratch with a backup.
Create an SR with the support and ask for help.
My customer is on Vmware. We will build an other Management and switch as soon as the newly installed will be ready.
regards,
Anthony

The specific SK requires Expert-level access in UserCenter, which is why it does not show in Google.
I strongly recommend engaging with the TAC: Support, Support Requests, Training, Documentation, and Knowledge base for Check Point products and ...

If a expert-level is needed to see this SK, I think this information cannot be shared here in the community.
Or
If it is possible to help who has no expert access level, please, put the content of the SK here...

This is why I suggested opening a TAC, which can provide you with the SK and help you troubleshoot in case it goes wrong.
I can say the steps involve:
1. Uninstalling the last Jumbo Hotfix you installed.
2. Manually removing some entries in the Check Point registry.
3. Installing the Jumbo Hotfix again.
