Problem with my checkpoint, it show failed to synchronize peer"fw2 -fw2" peer is busy

hi all, i have some alert with my checkpoint, it show failed to synchronize peer"fw2 -fw2" peer is busy at the High Availability status bottom of the smart console (in middle).when click it show at fw2 "synchronized error - fw2 - peer is busy . Last sync time : unavailable".

btw my cp version is R81.20.

does anyone have experience this problem before. can help me to resolve the alert? thanks.

Just in case, this is not a management question. You need to connect to your GWs via console or SSH and check the cluster status there, to see what's going on.
