Problem connecting via Capsule Workspace to our mail server

When connecting via Capsule Workspace to a mail server, an error comes up:
"failed to connect failed to connect to the server for an unknown reason try again"
Software version 9.1.2.738 Capsule Workspace, Android
Previously, when I tried to connect from the external Internet to the mail server I got the Check Point splash screen saying that access to the resource is denied, but at the moment the splash screen says that the site is not available.
Can you tell me what the problem might be?

Do you see the client's traffic reaching the gateway when they try to connect?
The client logs might also show why the connection is failing.

We did not find our traffic in the logs, then we turned off and started reconfiguring the Mobile Access blade and encountered an error when going through the Mail Exchange test connection. The test connection does not go to the internal address as well as the external mail address
