Post upgrade of the Security management server and the Gateways Smart console stoped working
Hello Experts
We recently upgraded the Security Management server and gateways in the data center to version R81.20.After the upgrade, we discovered that the Security Management server is inaccessible using the SmartConsole client from our main offices.
The Smartconsole throws the error
"Unable to connect to server"
The peculiar behavior we observed is that SmartConsole functions properly from a client within the data center, but the issue arises only when SmartConsole access passes through the Checkpoint gateway.
Can anyone help me if you come across any similar issue?

Does the traffic traverse a VPN or any drop logs or debug messages that correspond to the traffic flow?

Hello Chris
Yes the Traffic traverses a VPN , We checked the traffic logs and could not find any drops.
Is there any specific debug that i can run and check.

Possibly there were implied_rules.def changes in place previously.
Compare the file locations / contents between versions
