Outlook on Android over Capsule VPN

Hi, we are using Capsule to connect to  Checkpoint 5200. Everything works except that Outlook can't connect to local Exchange server. After some investigation seems  that Outlook is bypassing Capsule and connecting directly to internet without vpn (route all through gateway is enabled). 

 

Anyone have same issue?
