Object of the Access Roule broken

Hello everyone , we had a problem with a access roule object, the user did not fall into this rule, waht we did was create another  access roule object and this worked, it seams that the access roule  object was corrupted, some of them have passed something similar

I don't know what you mean by Access Roule object, do you mean an Access Role object?
More details about your environment would be helpful, including:

• Version/JHF of gateways and management
• Mechanism used for Identity Awareness (ADQuery, Identity Collector, Agents, etc)

Specific examples with screenshots would be helpful also.

Im fairly positive you mean access role. Either way, we need more details, screenshot would help. Also, outout of pdp monitor user username command when this fails.
