If this is a priority issue I recommend working with the TAC.
To even begin to determine where the issue is, a relevant network diagram would be required involving source/destination and relevant hops along the way.
Precisely what you’ve configured would also be helpful.

Sadly, thats very vague description without many details at all. As phoneboy suggested, work with TAC if its urgent, or please kindly give us diagram and/or more details on the actual troubleshooting.
