New MCP Signature Now Available in Application Control

I'm excited to share that a new MCP signature is now available as part of Quantum’s Application Control.

This enables organizations to detect and block MCP traffic at the gateway level, strengthening security and visibility.

 

In addition, we’re actively working on expanding our capabilities, including:

  • Deep MCP protocol parsing

  • Tool-specific restrictions for MCP tools

  • Granular blocking based on different MCP types
