Need to know Upgrade process if we go for fresh install of 81.20 version on chassis 44000 with 6 gateway (3 per chassis)

We have 2 no 44k chassis with 3 gateway per chassis version 81.10. hotfix 172.

Need to upgrade this to 81.20 Latest hotfix. we tried upgrade but there are some challanges like during upgrade when SGM reboots, it is reverting to 81.10 version and even snapshot also removing. Checkpoint R& D team is also working on the same.

Just wanted to know if we go for fresh install on SGM with latest 81.20 version, what will be the approach. Is it possible or not possible?

What is the question here ? Checkpoint R& D team is also working on the same sounds like CP TAC is already involved here, what is their answer to what will be the approach. Is it possible or not possible?

TAC is working upgrade from 81.10 to 81.20 . No question on this.

I am thinking, if we directly fresh install 81.20 on SGM which are VSX enabled, what will be the steps to do the same?
