Need to allow only specific data download / upload quota for each ip or Active Directory users

Hi, 

Please help me to clarify below two points. 

1. We have a requirement to AD User wise Upload/Download Data limitation configs. example Active Directory user AAA only have 30GB of data per month. 

2. we need to set captive portal with manually created code. this is like guest user access code. I aware we can configure with user name and password but this requirement is only we need to put one word. example : once guest user need to provide the access simply there are pre defied cords. based on that cords we can provide access.

Limit functions are supported in the policy but not monthly user quotas.

Please discuss this requirement with your local SE as an RFE.
