Machine identity on MUH Agent?

Hi i was wondering if there is an limitation on MUH agent for aquiring the machine identity?

Have implemented it at a customer and works but machine identity is blank when opening up the controller locally on the client.

Not aware of a specific limitation here.

That said, maybe the identity of the machine is being filtered in the Identity Awareness configuration?
