Loss of access to hardware after enabling p2p ospf

After enabling point to point to raise ospf, access to the equipment via web is lost, static route is prescribed.

At the same time the equipment can be accessed via ssh from neighboring equipment.

On one equipment there are no problems, but on the other there is such a problem, please, what can be associated with this behavior?

With reference to sk116500 which version and JHF is used with both devices?

Does the policy allow the traffic per sk39960?

If this is a cluster of gateways is the VIP used/configured as the router_id?
