License Sync issue with MGMT Box

Hi, can anyone help on below issue

I have got renewed License from our support vendor for 1800 appliance, license sync with 1800 appliance but on Smart 1 600 device license not getting sync.

I am able to see the license on smart-1 600 management device on Global properties and mange license and click on gateway to see all license showing on repository.

1800 Cplic print out put attached.

Sometimes the old contracts will get 'stuck' and not be removed until after they expire, even though the new ones are already on the gateway. In this case though it seems that it's still stuck even though the old expiry date was last month.

If I were you, I would call and speak with Account services, Im POSITIVE they would be able to help you sort this out.
