LOGS issue in Checkpoint R81.20
Hi Team,
Recently we had encountered an issue in which we are unable to see LOGS in smart console suddenly. All things were working fine, also currently we are able to see LOGS in CP smart view tracker but its very old fashioned. We are currently in to live production, and facing issues in our day-to-day troubleshooting calls. No upgradation was done, no activity was done on CP. It stop suddenly. Also indexing is good, we tried restarting SMS server but no luck. Checked with TAC but they are also into deep investigation. Can anyone advice further?

What is the hardware specs on your management/SmartEvent device?
Also, what version/JHF is used?
What precisely do you see when you attempt to view logs?
A screenshot (with sensitive details redacted) would help.
I can have a look at the SR if you send to me in a PM.

Good commands, for sure. Im also thinking cpview would shed some light about few things as well.
