I am looking to install the hotfix "Check_Point_R81_JUMBO_HF_MAIN_Bundle_T69_FULL" on an R81 cluster

I am looking to install the hotfix "Check_Point_R81_JUMBO_HF_MAIN_Bundle_T69_FULL" on an R81 cluster containing 4 firewalls running in "Load sharing " mode.

What is the best way to install the hotfix to avoid any loss of traffic/ outages

Personally, I always say to customers, regardless if you use HA or load-sharing, just go one by one...that way, there wont be any loss of traffic if anything was to go wrong.

Never ever expect there will be no loss of traffic / outages during or after hotfix installation. Count with all possible options, including outages.

That said, schedule maintanance window anyway. The procedure itself is not an issue (you can use CLI, WebUI or SmartConsole). Do not forget to install latest CPUSE deployment agent.

Kind regards,
