HTTPS Inspection and sni.cloudflaressl.com

Hello.

Since a few weeks ago we started experiencing with all the sites hosted on Cloudflare and use sni.cloudflaressl.com
Might also be other could services that use SNI that generate the error but Cloudflare is the most bugging one and shows up more and more often.

Every now and then users will be presented with an SSL error and can only continue to the website if they refresh the site a few times or make an exception on the browser to ignore the error and continue.

We run 80.30 and and do NOT have URL filtering enabled, just HTTPS inspection.

Any idea where the issue can be ?

I had same problem and seem resolved in JHF 195.

HTTPS Inspection

In some scenarios, wrong certificate is shown by HTTPS Inspection for some websites, including certificates issued by "CloudFlare Inc ECC CA-2". Refer to sk118392.

There are significant improvements with SNI in R80.30 and R80.40.
It is highly recommended you upgrade.
