HCP Dmesg analysis

Hello all,

Wondering if anyone has any insight to the following. I am seeing the HCP scripts reporting errors found in the dmesg file. See below output from the script:

I have looked at the /var/log/dmesg file and cannot see these messages, however I do see these in /var/log/messages.

Trying to determine if this is indeed something to be concerned with or maybe a glitch with the HCP scripts.

This particular example is from a gateway R81 with jumbo take 82 installed. I have seen this with different versions though.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Possibly a bug in hcp, might be worth a TAC case so we can investigate: https://help.checkpoint.com
