Gaia OS System backup

My client is using two SG5600 firewalls in a ClusterXL setup. Recently, we upgraded from R81.10 to R82 and then downgraded back to R81.10. After the downgrade, I attempted to perform a system backup via the Web GUI, but both firewalls displayed a screen like the attached screenshot, preventing me from managing the system backup.

When I checked Snapshot Management, I found that no snapshots were stored on either firewall. Additionally, attempting to create a backup via CLI resulted in similar log messages. Does anyone know the cause of this issue or a possible solution?

This issue has been persisting for at least a week.

Additionally, I’m wondering if a system backup cannot be performed while a snapshot backup is in progress.

How did you perform rollback? With backup or snapshot or?
