Firewall Blade Update failed. Contract entitlement check failed. Gateway can not access internet

Hi Guys!

We are running 16200 NGFW on Cluster mode and we are having problem with threat prevention blade update, bellow:

Update failed. Contract entitlement check failed. Gateway can not access internet ("https://updates.checkpoint.com/WebService/services/DownloadMetaDataService"). Check connectivity and proxy settings.

The point is that the FW have full access to Internet and can access the internet and we can ping even updates.checkpoint.com.. Could you help please!

K, lets start with basics. Can you make sure below looks right?

Thanks for your fb. We have tested and everything is good! The point is that the blades can not be updated! i mencioned the error above.

I know thats what you mentioned, but clearly there is a connectivity issue somewhere if its failing.
