Failover ClusterXL HA and Threat Emulation
Hi,
I have a couple of gateways which are working in High Availability ClusterXL and sending files to a local Sandblast appliance.
What will happen if I want to failover from fw1 to fw2 and there are still files waiting for emulation verdict from SB appliance?
For example, I want to instal a hotfix on a fw1 which will stop the CP services and eventually I will lose the files waiting for emulation.
Does this information about emulation is synchronized between cluster members, as I cannot find information about it.
Thanks

As the connection to the TE server originates from the gateway itself, I'm pretty sure the state for that connection can't sync.
Believe there is a "fail open" or "fail close" setting for this in the Threat Profile.
