Hello all,

Yes I have, but TAC investigation may not the fastest, so I want to try here, unfortunately, it should new findings and no one knows.

Here is the solution from TAC, and I accepted this is the solution, also performed in production environment, FYI:

Check mgha file, if bytes only "4" that should be file corrupted.

[Expert@cfXXXX:0]# ls -ltr /opt/CPsuite-R80.40/fw1/log/mgha

Sample output:

drwx------ 5 admin root 4096 Dec  7 14:29

Remove the corrupted file in both Primary & Replica Management Servers

Delete "/opt/CPsuite-R80.40/fw1/log/mgha"

Check the Sync status again
