Error: installed hotfix are missing from this package

Hello,
We have hotfix updates on the GUI checkpoint
When I try to check it gives an error

installed hotfix are missing from this package

Please help me understand what is the reason

There is another package here, but after downloading and checking it, it gives the same error

Looks like registry says that special hotfixes are installed that can not be replaced ! Look at "Installed Packages" to find this out. Usually, this error appears if the customer has a special HF installed. To resolve that, you have to open a SR# with TAC to get the HF ported to the new Jumbo version you want to install. Then uninstall the special HF, install new Jumbo and new special HF version.
