Enable Inbound HTTPS Inspection

I just want to enable Inbound HTTPS Inspection but I have my doubts regarding the configuration and how I can import the certificates since each of my publications has its own certificate.

According to the following image, even if I use Outbound HTTPS Inspection, do I have to have a special certificate?

Not for outbound, just client cert.
