Disk Selection during R81.20 Open Server Gateway Installation

We are attempting to install a new open server gateway that has a standard disk controller in addition to the expansion disk controller we ordered for HCL compatibility.

During installation from ISO, the installer apparently sees both controllers and is attempting to use the M.2 disks from the standard controller in addition to the disks we've added on the HCL supported controller.

We'd like to make sure we are using only the controller featured on the HCL. Unfortunately there doesn't appear to be an option to disable the standard controller in the server BIOS.  Is there a way to ignore this controller or choose the disk for installation in the CheckPoint installer or is our only recourse to physically remove it?

If the BIOS offers no option to disable the relevant drives, your only other option is to remove it.

If you can get into BIOS (password uset to be uranus, not sure if it changed), you can check there. Otherwise, sounds like removing it might be only other logical option.

Or maybe you could check with whoever the manufacturer is...
