Disable policy verification in R80.X

Hi team,

Is it possible to disable policy verification so that the security gateway can accept duplicate rules?

I'm using a third-party tool to import rules into the gateway via API and duplication may happen.

Putting in duplicate rules doesn’t seem smart if a human has to make sense of the policy.
Regardless, the policy verification rules are relaxed in R80.40+.
