Maestro Madness
Does anyone happen to know the main difference between two models? Is just CPU type?
I know that 26000T has 36 core Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6254 CPU @ 3.10GHz
Else they seem to look almost identical in datasheets
As from a point in time the Turbos were largely renamed and positioned as higher model numbers as a simplification exercise.
One hint at this is MBS-12314.
Probably I was not clear enough - I was more interested in differences between 26000 and 28000 as both have 36/72 cores and equal amount of memory if I remember correctly for Plus models. So I assume CPU type makes up the difference in performance figures
The processors are different between the 26000 Plus and 28000 Plus, the latter also has 40GB NICs included.
I see, as we have 26T and that came with 40Gb NICs. So I guess only processor is the real diff between 26T and 28P 🙂
Thanks Chris
As above, Turbo is a special case (already has higher spec processor).
