Cloud Management export log to Qnap syslog server
Hi everyone,
We recently migrated the management server to the Checkpoint cloud.
With the "on premises" Management Server we archived the previous month's logs to a NAS device then delete from management.
We'd now like to perform the same archiving process from cloud to our Qnap Syslog server.
On Infinity Portal we've configured the Syslog server destination under "Settings" > "Forward to SIEM," but no logs are being copied, and there are no recorded actions log for this activity.
Can you help us identify where we might be wrong?
