Captive Portal Redirection is not Working

Hi Checkmates

I have a lab environment with CP R 81.10 Firmware. I have configured a captive portal authentication rule for testing. But captive portal redirection is not functioned at all. Anyone can help to solve this?

Not enough info to help you out. Show us how you configured it. Also, which redirection are you checking? HTTP or HTTPS? The latter only works of you have HTTPSi enabled.

Is there a reason the services column is blank given the scope of captive portal?

Please also ensure that your host/browser is actually communicating on those ports HTTP/HTTPS and not something like QUIC.

Please share a screenshot of how the rule is configured. We can tell you right away if its wrong or not.
