Cannot fetch license information due to a network error. Refer to sk114615 with error id:14

Hi,

We have a CMA with 2 gateway clusters running on R80.20. The license on these is set to expire => never, however when I push the policy it fails and gives me an error "Cannot fetch license information due to a network error. Refer to sk114615 with error id:14". Went through the sk document and it doesn't give me any pointers except that it is a network error which I dont think is the case. Please advise.

Did you follow the connection checklist at the bottom of the SK?

If it persists I suggest opening a ticket with TAC:

I would certainly confirm settings @Tal_Paz-Fridman pointed out from the sk itself. Make sure DNS settings are valid and all "entities" have correct external connectivity.

Thanks all. The issue auto resolved. There were some broader network issues at the time this happened.
