Build from USB

Hi all

Can someone point me in the direction of the build from USB application. I used it years ago but have forgotten what it is and wonder if there is something newer and better.

I'd like to install the latest Gaia OS on there and add as many build parameters as possible.

This is a greenfield build so not attaching to any existing infrastructure, just a management network for the managers to manage the gateways.
