Application Control - Category ID for "Software Update"
Good day all,
I have a problem creating an access rule via CLI on SMB Gateway with firmware R81.10.
I need to create a script to automate some configurations. So I need to create some ruls via CLI. the problem is I cannot type/select a category name with a space in between if its name has 2 words. so I need to use its ID.
Can anyone help me to find category "Software Update" ID or anyone knows it?
Thanks in advance
Soroosh

It appears to be 60095187, based on $FWDIR/conf/local.category.
But maybe you can enclose "Software Update" in quotes in the CLI command?

Thank you for your reply. It works.
I already tried to enclose the name in quotes, but unfortunately it doesn't work. The system returns "Illegal characters in access-rule name", although there are no illegal characters.

Quotes are apparently illegal characters. 🙂
