Anti Virus blade block exe file

Hi all,

 

I have problem with Checkpoint Anti-Virus blade. 

When I try to download known and good exe file (for example zoom, ms team, anydesk ....) anti virus blade blocks it.

Checkpoint R 80.30 with take 218

Hello PhoneBoy,

 

In the log everything is ok. Https inspection inspects everything and shows everything well but the file does not reach the user. The browser throws out a network error. When that site (for example zoom.us) is bypassed in https inspection the file reaches the user. It's not just a problem with exe files today I noticed that other files also cause a problem (for example xml when I download from gmail).
