80.30 licensing issues - again

we have a cluster xl with pair of 3600's running 80.30

they were both running EVAL license keys

they are both centrally managed.

I have since installed perm license keys and was advised bu support that once the EVAL keys lapsed the permanent keys would take over.  this did not happen smoothly.

the IPSEC vpn blade is not updating - it should match the other blades as far as license status.

How can i fix this?

Is the blade itself actually working?
Most likely this is a cosmetic error.

I see this occasionally in my training lab after adding an eval license where one perpetual blade seems to not take it.  Usually it is the Firewall blade but I've seen the IPSec VPN blade do this as well.  It is definitely not a cosmetic issue as it will keep policy from installing.  A reboot or cprestart always fixes it; I've never had it happen often enough to track down what the underlying issue is.

Look into CLI cplic print output - this should show much more information!
