3600 VPN to Palo Alto not working unsupported version
Hi
we are Trying to get Palo Alto to my CP VPN.
Nothing work and got this error meesages:
[iked0 14063 4066492864]@USMDUGO1FWL01[19 Sep 10:29:41][tunnel] fwisakmpd_process_incoming_data: received a packet of an unsupported ike version for peer x.x.x.x (packet version: ikev2, configured version: ikev1)
I would like to know the last sentence "configured version: ikev1"
Is that in my CP or his PaloAlto?
Thanks

Looks like your end. PAn is trying to use IKEv2 in the proposal while your FW is expecting IKEv1. Change it to version 2, or aks PAN to downgrade to v1
