1200R cpu usage history show above 90% load periodically

Hi. using checkpoint 1200R. (R77.20.81) 

under system resource tab, CPU usage history shows continuous spikes above 90%. refer cpinfo output attached. not clear why cpinfo cpu usage is low compared to web gui cpu usage history ?

Did you forget an attachment, also which specific build of R77.20.81 is used - Build 990172611 or other?
