How to uninstall the Check Point EDR agent

Hi, I have an issue with a Check Point EDR agent. I don't have the password because I didn't do the deployment, and the administrator doesn't remember the password to uninstall it. Is there another option to uninstall it?

As @Chris_Atkinson mentioned, you should open a TAC case for this. There is a certain procedure; TAC will advise you on it.
