setting up firewall for 3CX

Hello, I'am a new for firewall. Could you please help me with setting up 3CX PBX which behing of the appliance 1570?

Are these steps correct? 

I started Access Policy -> VoIP: turn on VoIP; under "On-premise Devices" I click "use on-premise SIP server (PBX)" and put internal IP of 3CX server.

Under "SIP Service" I see three services: SIP_TCP (port 5060), SIP_UDP (port 5060), SIP_TLS_AUTH (5061) and I don't delete/add anything here.

I couldn't complete VoIP wizard. When I tryed to click Save I got the error: sip_any-tcp service has overlapping ports. Please help me. sip_any-tcp service error.png
