Why isn't the PTM over VDSL/ADSL option visible?

I'm currently wanting to change the configuration on an internet connection and need to configure a VLAN.  I'm logging in externally through the SMP.  I can't see the PTM over VDSL/ADSL option as there's nothing there.

When I originally set the connection up on another, the tick box option and text box WAS there.  Same firmware, same model.  I even took a screenshot of it - see attached.

Can anyone shed any light on to when this tick box actually appears?  Is it only when connected on an internal interface or is it linked to the connection that the DSL modem has?

TIA,

Thank Stuart Green

R12.30 is released in 2017, before PTM started to be supported in the GW firmware. I would ask you to do the following:

1. If you can, please check that you have PTM available on GW direct WebUI. It should.

2. For SMP, please open a support request

This was on gateway direct WebUI...

I’ll raise a ticket for the SMP. It has had a few issues of late.

Best Regards,

Stuart

I would suggest to try a complete USB Firmware install following sk98549 / sk107592. I have had strange issues in the past (up to grave nonsense like DHCP not working) that have been resolved after the procedure (or showed faulty hardware leading to RMA).
