WAN Probing failed - no internet

Hello

Currently trying to install a 1570 R80.20 but unable to connect to the internet

Connection as follows

internet 1

WAN

Static IP 41.x.x.26

GW         41.x.x.25

255.255.255.252

DNS as provided from the ISP

default route was created automatically was I added the GW into the WAN connection

- the 1570 and WAN GW (ISP) is directly connected via RJ45

I can not even ping from the firewall to the GW and then since this is cloud managed the 1570 cant get to the smart-1 cloud

I also gave my laptop the same static IP address 41.x.x26 and connect directly to ISP via RJ45

I was able to ping the GW and get out onto the internet

so for the strange part

From the LAN subnet  192.168.10.x I am able to get to the internet

I would leave as is for awhile if it was locally managed but I need the firewall to  contact smart-1 cloud to get updated access policies

I have to role back to old solution for now

Any ideas ? Could it be a firmware issue

Thank you

Hi

Nope will upgrade to that version
Initial out the box setup the WAN link light would come on once plugged into my router and then the port would go dead - my router said not Ethernet cable plugged in - did all the standard cable checks etc..
Only when I plugged directly into LAN1 and ran through the setup wizard did the link come up - after that it was stable
and was able to setup cloud management
But now this issue when connecting into the client ISP WAN router

Thanks

Without first time wizard nothing works - but that is in the docs...
