VPN Remote Gateway

There is a Check Point 1570 firewall (locally managed) with two WAN (Internet) links connected. One WAN link has a static public IP address. We want to create an SSL VPN tunnel from this Check Point firewall. However, the VPN tunnel automatically selects the WAN interface that does not have a static public IP address as the remote gateway. How can we change the remote gateway to use the static public IP address on the Check Point locally managed firewall?
