VPN Community Settings on 1590 SMB Appliance

I have a locally managed 1590s that have both a remote access and site to site VPN configured.  I need to set up the vpn communities but I cant find where ti do it in the portal.

Which settings are you attempting to modify, local encryption domain or other?

VPN > Site-to-Site > VPN Sites > Add

VPN > Site-to-Site > Advanced > Local encryption domain...

VPN >  Remote Access > Advanced > Local encryption domain...

VPN > Site-to-Site > Community  (only available when Cloud managed by smbmgmtservice.checkpoint.com)

That worked.  I need to get centrally managed.
