Static routing is active with cable disconnected

Hello,

I set 2 LAN interfaces as separate networks LAN2 IP: 192.168.10.1 and LAN4: 192.168.20.1. Then I set two static routes to network 192.168.30.0, 1. via 192.168.10.2 with metric 0 and 2. via 192.168.20.2 with metric 2. The first route is always active, even when i disconnected cable from port LAN2 (of course I checked ping to 192.168.10.2 - it's not possible, cable is disconnected). According to administration guide when interface is disabled route should be inactive,   But its not. Why ?

Do other ports share the same LAN as LAN2?
A screenshot of the configuration would be helpful, as well as the version/build information.

No, this ports are separate networks, here are some screens from configuration

Cable from LAN2 is disconnected, routing do not work (but route via LAN2 is active), I can't ping 192.168.30.1. When I switch metrics (set better metric for LAN4 eg. metrick 3 for route via LAN2) it works. Of course it works with cable connected.
