Timeline
SMP planned GA date is January 31, 2023
For a short period of time, both legacy SMP and the new SMP application in Infinity Portal will co-exist. Spark Management in Infinity Portal will eventually replace the legacy SMP.
We highly recommend that you start using Spark Management application in Infinity Portal as soon as possible.
Transition from current SMP is very simple, and does not requires any migration.
We encourage you to try the new application and share your feedback.

We see the error, it is related to the name of the tenant that contains special characters.
We will deliver a fix soon.
Thanks for your feedback.

I would like to ask about API support. Do you plan same support like SMP ? If yes, when we can expect it?

Yes, same API capabilities (and more in the future) are already available using an Infinity Portal API key.
The main difference is the login method and the authentication token which will be used for each API, while the content will remain the same.
The only gap is documentation and we are working to update it accordingly before the GA date.
I will also update here once the documentation has been updated.
Feel free to contact me directly via email if you wish to try it sooner: yahavb@checkpoint.com

Greetings, I have just one question.
My company still use legacy URL for spark management, and below is screenshot from February 6th, but somebody has changed it.
As you can see it said "By May 1st, A domain that did not complete the migration in time, will be automatically migrated.".
So I'm wondering what happened, my boss said that it's best option to wait for auto migration.
My question is how will we be notified when that migration happens from old portal to Infinity?

Hi!
There is no actual migration process, but linking.
All you need to do is to create an account in Infinity Portal, navigate to Spark Management application and click "Already have an existing domain".
The domain will be linked within up to 3 days.
We have changed the text in the SK, because the linking process has proved so simple and seamless operation, and since most users have already been successfully linked, and switched to Infinity Portal.
Instead of automatic migration, the linking option will still remain available even after closing legacy SMP.
Please fill the link request and let us know if you need any assistance by using the feedback button or sending an email to: spark-management@checkpoint.com.
Thanks.
