SMNP monitoring with different subnet Checkpoint SMB

Hi everybody,

I am using Checkpoint SMB 1595 and trying to config SNMP to monitoring gateway via WAN link, WAN Link is local ip address from my site to an other site (like 172.14.x.x/24). with this  WAN link we had to go through many router (different subnet). When i configured the route to SMNP server ip address i got the error "The server address must be in destination subnet". With SMNP server ip i can ping to it as normal. Does anyone got this error before?

Seems clear: Dest is 10.101.0.0, so server should be in this network.

To monitor a specific route, you need to monitor something explicitly reachable through that route.
Since the route is for a specific subnet and not the default, the hosts monitored need to be on that subnet.
