When Filter is set to All, Categories do show, but not in the Categories Filter:

Customers have reported the issue for 15x0 R81.10.17 Build 996004653 as well as 2530 R82.00.00. CheckPoint has a fix for the issue for 15x0 models, firmware R81.10.17 build 996004710. This firmware also includes the fixes from R81_10_17 Build 996004708 that adds support for LDAPS communication with Windows Server 2025 and R81.10.17 Build 996004654 including the Update Required for VPN/Remote Access Security Gateways Using DigiCert/GeoTrust CA by Sep 8, 2025.

You have to open a SR# with CP to receive the firmware version R81.10.17 build 996004710 with the URLF Categories fix.

This is the only place to find the issue and resolution - no SK is planned for this although curently  there is no fix for 25x0 SMBs. Also Win Server 2025 LDAPS support has no SK except internal...

I imagine this SK will be made public once this is rolled into an official release (e.g JHF).
Or R82.10 is available 🙂

Should be included in next R81.10.17 Build and in next R82.00.00 release. But i would rather have an SK available covering issue and solutions instead of a CheckMates post...

CP has build  firmware images with title "fw1_t0_dep_R82_00_00_998000734.img" for 2530 / 2550 appliances and title "fw1_tx_dep_R82_00_00_998000734.img" for 2570/2580/2590 appliances including the fix for R82.00.00 version.

The older image for 15xx is called fw1_vx_dep_R81_10_17_996004710.img and the one for 1600/1800/1900/2000 is fw1_vt_dep_R81_10_17_996004710.img.

Open SR# with CP TAC to receive them!
