SMB 1550 appliance disable an interface causes reboot - R80.20 firmware
Has anyone come across this bug:
When you disable an interface on 1550 appliance it causes the firewall to reboot. Has happened on 4 different boxes, all of them are on R80.20 firmware.
Wondering if anyone has come across this and has tried a fix ?
Thanks

Do you have a support call for this? If not, please open a case with TAC

R80.20.x firmware is out of support in June, so this issue is not really relevant and you should upgrade to the supported R81.10.x version, see https://www.checkpoint.com/support-services/support-life-cycle-policy/ !

If it's consistently reproduceable, then TAC should be involved.
Of course, I would only do so after upgrading to the most recent firmware as R80.20 is nearing End of Support.
